This spring/summer washed brushed embossed T-shirt is made of 100% cotton plain weave. The embossing effect is extremely complex. The first step is to cut the color-matched, fixed-dyed sweatshirt to the appropriate size and take it to the laundry for the brushed edge process. Each strip is manually brushed using a machine, and then the fabric is sent to a soft wash tank for softening.
