These common features of American jackets are perfectly captured and amplified in the Detroit Jacket. The J jacket uses a sand-washed canvas fabric, rather than the original canvas used on the Z jacket. This ensures durability while also enhancing softness and comfort. The collar is also made of the same sand-washed canvas as the main body, rather than the corduroy collar used on the J jacket. However, the comfort is just as good. The chest logo is a dark brown square leather patch, not the white “yellow moon” logo on the J jacket.
