Production: Produced by a large manufacturer designated by MLB NEWRA. Each cap is completely disassembled and remade upon purchase. There’s not a single loose thread found in each cap (all inspected by a quality control company). The center of the cap has passed an eight-level needle inspection. All caps are made from environmentally friendly materials. Even the best-selling products on the market will likely have loose threads when you get them. This is the difference between a factory and a small workshop.
Fabric: Custom-made navy blue full-length yarn* washed snowflake velvet.
Embroidery: The front logo and the letters on the Velcro are made with Wuxi Lumia reflective thread. This thread regularly partners with brands like Nike, Newera, The North Face, Adidas, Under Armour, and Fila. The red badge on the back of the cap is made with Alis D embroidery thread. The three-dimensional embroidery is created using a Behringer embroidery machine imported from Japan. The quilting on the visor is also done with an embroidery machine, not ordinary thread. All accessories are ordered from distributors, ensuring a high level of authenticity.
