BURBERRY/BBR Burberry Warhorse Yarn-Dyed Double-Faced Nylon Baseball Jacket
Made from yarn-dyed jacquard double-faced nylon with a % wool content, open-end yarn count, and custom-dyed, large-volume dark gray yarn. The pattern is hand-counted and the yarn-dyed jacquard pattern is woven with a twist. The pattern is made twice and then sampled for shrinkage testing. The raw fabric is woven on a high-speed rapier machine. The striped fabric and two sets of Warhorse patterns are applied to the front panel. The fabric is then raised and shrunk using a needle-needle nylon process. The finished fabric is then washed, sheared, and shaped to create the finished product. The front panel is cut with the Warhorse pattern, and the front and back panels are horizontally aligned. The fabric features hand-sewn, monogrammed horn buttons.
