G double yarn fabric is comfortable and skin-friendly, pre-shrunk in batches. The flocked print features a character graphic and shadows. The base is made of eco-friendly sizing. Electrostatic flocking technology inserts microfibers vertically, creating a subtle, cat-tongue-like texture when brushed by fingertips. Over 20,000 hairs per square centimeter create the embossed pattern, making it three times more durable than traditional silk-screen printing. The flocked character and cuff logo are embroidered using imported embroidery machines, resulting in a dense, rich, and textured embroidery.
