The fabric for this spring/summer washed brushed embossed T-shirt is 100% cotton plain weave. The embossing effect is extremely complex. The first step is to cut the color-matched, fixed-dyed sweatshirt to the appropriate size and take it to the laundry for brushing. Each strip is manually brushed using a machine, and then the fabric is sent to a soft wash tank for softening. This softening process primarily enhances the softness of the sweatshirt fabric, creating a smoother fit with the main T-shirt fabric and reducing the stiffness of the embossing. Embossing also uses two custom-made sets of glue-injected molds, A and B. Embossing is a four-step process. The first step is to emboss the Alexander Wang logo (alexanderwang) onto the sweatshirt fabric layer using mold A. Wang). Next, use mold B to emboss the base logo onto the main fabric. Third, inject the appropriate adhesive between layers A and B. Fourth, use mold A to set the embossed effect at high temperature.
