All fabrics are custom-woven and custom-dyed to ensure consistent texture, color, and texture. The logo print is flocked. A new Essentials adhesive label (P-grade) is placed directly below the back collar for added identity. The collar, cuffs, and hem are finished with x-stretch thread, dyed in the same vat as the main body fabric to minimize color shift.
