This custom-woven and custom-dyed check fabric features numerous matching stitching operations throughout, resulting in significant fabric wear! Unlike the older small check jackets, which were subject to wear and tear, the new large check jackets are measured on a per-piece basis. To ensure perfect alignment, each piece is hand-cut (i.e., cut piece by piece). Each checkered jacket consumes over a meter of material, and the labor is extremely high, all to perfectly recreate the original look! These small details clearly differentiate this jacket from off-the-shelf, non-matched versions.
The black chest badge is the new BBR version, which underwent numerous pattern adjustments and is not readily available. Hardware and accessories, including the drawstring, are custom-made, and the jacket features a brand new care label. This is the highest quality version, easily comparable to the original!
